The Salars Road

Heading north on the Paso de Jama road (Argentinian border), our first stop is opposite the imposing Licancabur, higher up, we come face to face with the many vicuñas and a few rheas feeding in the Puna.

We now head for the Quepiaco lookout overlooking the Quebrada of the same name, and the imposing Montjes de la Pacana at the start of the Tara territory.

We finish the tour at the Salar de Loyaques viewpoint, with a possible walk to the foot of Cerro Negro. A feast for the eyes!

Return to San Pedro.
